The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Communicate effectively with guests from major cruise line Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. Maintain accurate records via check in on a tablet. Walking guests to appropriate buses Collaborate with team members and guests to enhance overall client services. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively engage with customers while maintaining professionalism. Proficient in data entry on smart tablet with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
