Customer Service and Sales Associate Varadero Studios Hialeah, FL 33010 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a timely manner. Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with care. Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service delivery. Utilize basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts. Promote sales through effective communication of product benefits and features. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and sales techniques. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
