Customer Service and Sales Representative Bayfront Strategies Cutler Bay, FL Bayfront Strategies is on the lookout for a motivated and energetic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team and help businesses with their wireless and internet desires. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative with our company, you will work with customers and businesses to manage their sales of services and manage their accounts orders. The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be engaging and knowledgeable in all products available. We encourage our Customer Service and Sales Representative to continuously gain new skills in order to excel in this position and interpret customer feedback as a positive. This is a role where you will connect directly with local companies to provide tailored telecommunication solutions and expand your portfolio.
Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Learn to actively listen to understand customers and businesses needs to recommend the most effective wireless and internet products and services to help improve their operations Drive sales and close new business accounts by confidently presenting service options, building trust, and following through on their satisfaction of the service Deliver a high level of customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences for potential referrals or repeat business Present customized telecommunication solutions that are cost effective and scalable, meaning additionals can be added on and/or updates available Handle account setup and service activation for new customers with all paperwork if needed so that it is completed accurately and efficiently for no delays Collaborate with other Customer Service and Sales Representatives to share best practices, review policies on services and support each other in gaining new skills
Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and business owners Can work in a team setting and independently to complete given work tasks Prior experience in a customer service, sales or similar position Bilingual opportunities available Learns quickly and is eager to take on new challenges Maintains a positive working relationship with team members
