Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
As an Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will interact with customers in person, providing tailored wireless solutions and ensuring high satisfaction. Identify and pursue sales opportunities by understanding customers needs and promoting relevant products or services. Manage customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded with their new devices. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customers inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Assist with product knowledge and promote new services and solutions based on their individual needs Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based what our customers are looking for
Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:
