Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer queries efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with SpeedX.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our services, resolve issues, and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Document interactions with customers in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service delivery. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

BI-LINGUAL

(English & Spanish) Previous experience in customer service or related field is an asset. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
