Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively. Support sales initiatives by promoting products during customer interactions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data entry and computer systems. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
