This role provides service and support to customers, sales representatives, and the operations team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be open for overtime when needed)

Pay Rate:

$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative will process customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company policies. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, responding in a timely manner. Validate customer-specific pricing and confirm order details. Communicate proactively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. Collaborate with sales representatives and brokers to meet customer expectations. The Customer Service Representative will provide feedback to management regarding service challenges and customer concerns. Coordinate with third-party warehouses for order fulfillment and logistics. Work with internal departments on pricing, order adjustments, and customer requests. Perform administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and data entry. Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior customer service experience in a sales-driven environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
