The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for hospital vendor partners, manufacturing team, and commercial sales team to ensure accurate order processing and prompt resolution of product-related issues. This role supports high service standards and drives operational efficiency across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for hospital vendors regarding order status, shipping timelines, and issue resolution. Collaborate closely with our internal manufacturing and logistics teams to coordinate product shipments. Ensure all transactions are accurately logged in our ERP system and tracked through delivery. Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies in orders, shipments, or documentation. Provide exceptional, professional customer service in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Requirements (Relevant Education/ Languages, Skills) At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, ideally in B2B, medical device, manufacturing, or healthcare. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred familiarity with an ERP or CRM system. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively across broad channels, and follow up with multiple stakeholders until issues are resolved.
