This is a key position for assisting Account Managers to organize repair orders and guarantee a smooth experience from quote to delivery. If you are a confident communicator and passionate about providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative you will process orders, give progress updates, assist to address clients’ requests, maintain communication through the repair process and uphold HEICO’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Requirements:

Skills, Education & Experience HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Strong English verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus Proficiency in Pentagon Software preferred Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams This is a great position for someone who loves challenges, a chance to learn an exciting business, and looking for an opportunity to move up in a successful company.
