Your main responsibility will be to assist our clients with their financial needs, inquiries, and concerns. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your role will play an integral part in maintaining and enhancing our company’s reputation for excellent customer service.

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
• Answer inquiries and concerns regarding financial products and services
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for further handling
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless customer experience
• Educate clients on our financial products and services, and make recommendations based on their needs
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with industry regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience in the financial industry is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer navigation
• Knowledge of basic financial products and services
• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays, if required
