Responsibilities:
This position is for an onsite administrative assistant in a condominium association property. Assist the Property Manager and the Board of Directors on a daily basis. Monitor onsite personnel. Provide customer service for residents. Must speak and write English and Spanish fluently.

Answer calls and provide excellent, professional, and reliable customer service on a consistent basis. Possess multi-tasking and problem solving skills. Be able to take direction from multiple managers and/or administrators. Be able to effectively work with others in a team driven atmosphere. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Be ready to file, scan, document, research, and trouble shoot effectively.
