Customer Service Representative 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Miami Gardens, FL 33169 GL Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as a key liaison between our customers, field sales representatives, and our factory team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth sales order process and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30
PM Compensation:
$18-$19 per hour Key Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally. Enter equipment orders accurately using the Great Plains Sales Module. The Customer Service Representative will communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients. Provide outstanding service and support to customers and field representatives. The Customer Service Representative will assist with administrative tasks and maintain organized records of customer interactions. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is preferred, but not required.
