Customer Service Representative
We are seeking for a Customer Service to carry out the administrative management of internal and external clients assigned.
Among other roles and responsibilities:
- Management of incoming orders and documents required.
- Prepare needed documents to handle the orders.
- Update and manage the clients data base, including commercial conditions.
- Knowledge of the product, commercial conditions and market characteristics.
- Provide support to the salesforce regarding orders, invoices and documents.
- Advice the clients and salesforce, providing necessary information related to orders and commercial conditions.
- Respond to claims and complains of the client, providing solutions or transferring the claim to the right person, ensuring the resolutions and the client’s satisfaction.
- Conduct a follow-up of pending invoices, giving support to the Commercial Area in the claim of non-paid invoices from the clients.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- At least 3 years of Experience in similar position.
- SAP Knowledge is PLUS!
- Authorized to work in US.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 – $23.00 Per Hour
