Customer Service Representative
We are seeking for a Customer Service to carry out the administrative management of internal and external clients assigned.
Among other roles and responsibilities:

  • Management of incoming orders and documents required.
  • Prepare needed documents to handle the orders.
  • Update and manage the clients data base, including commercial conditions.
  • Knowledge of the product, commercial conditions and market characteristics.
  • Provide support to the salesforce regarding orders, invoices and documents.
  • Advice the clients and salesforce, providing necessary information related to orders and commercial conditions.
  • Respond to claims and complains of the client, providing solutions or transferring the claim to the right person, ensuring the resolutions and the client’s satisfaction.
  • Conduct a follow-up of pending invoices, giving support to the Commercial Area in the claim of non-paid invoices from the clients.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • At least 3 years of Experience in similar position.
  • SAP Knowledge is PLUS!
  • Authorized to work in US.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 – $23.00 Per Hour
