Customer Service Representative 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Medley, FL 33166 The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the Cruise Department by performing the following tasks: Main activities (daily) Process data entry activities both in our internal MBA system and on the NOAA website and cruise portals. Organize cruise ship orders and check which ones require inspection, as well as organize and schedule inspection appointments. Work with the USDC inspector at our facility while performing health inspections on products. Perform administrative activities, credit notes and billing required by the Cruise Department. Review the orders received by email, to detect any problem related to them (lack of product, prices, discrepancies, etc.) and notify the supervisor.
