If so, we’d love to meet you! Join our outstanding FSBO (“Fiz-bo”) team as our newest Customer Service Representative and help us continue delivering world-class support to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Provide top-tier customer service through inbound calls and emails, resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Engage in proactive outreach to For Sale By Owner (FSBO) clients, checking in on their experience and promoting renewals and upsell opportunities. Work in a vibrant, fast-paced customer contact center where collaboration and energy drive success. Accurately update customer records using Salesforce and internal tracking tools, keeping everything organized and up to date.

You’re comfortable navigating online tools and platforms, and you’re able to assist customers with basic technical issues remotely.

Team Spirit:

You’re collaborative, helpful, and excited to contribute to shared goals—and you’re always ready to lend a hand. Salesforce Knowledge (a plus): Experience with Salesforce is helpful, but not required—we’ll provide training if needed!

Location & Schedule:

We operate as a hybrid team , with in-office collaboration every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday . (Please note: we are unable to provide relocation assistance.)
