More information about Cooper&Hunter can be found on their corporate website: www.cooperandhunter.us What the Customer Support Agent position includes: Answering calls and providing guidance and solutions for various technical issues Familiarizing oneself with Cooper&Hunter and Olmo HVAC products, including error codes and general operation principles of mini split air conditioners Assisting clients with warranty registration and orders for replacement parts and equipment Organizing shipment of various orders, parts, accessories, etc. Maintaining records of Technical Support calls for internal database The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: Professional attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service Motivated and ready to learn about HVAC products Great interpersonal communication skills Goal-oriented and results-driven Positive outlook and can-do attitude Eager to find solutions to various challenges

Qualifications:

Great communicator: comfortable with communicating over the phone, in person, and via email English (written and spoken), Bilingual (Spanish) Authorization to work within the U.S. Experience in HVAC (preferred, but not required)
