Pocket Link is a tech company providing supply chain automation software for B2B vendors. We’re looking for a dependable, tech-comfortable Customer Support Specialist to join us in delivering excellent service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to our software and Windows-based systems. Assist customers with installations, updates, and configurations Document support interactions and solutions clearly Collaborate with the tech team to escalate complex cases Learn SQL Server basic queries to be able to support more advanced cases.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Good computer orientation and basic Windows knowledge (network settings, file systems, etc.) Quick learner with the ability to follow technical instructions.
