What We’re Looking For•We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team on-site at our fulfillment center in Doral, Florida. In this role, you’ll be the first line of contact for our customers—helping troubleshoot technical issues, assist with shipping and delivery questions, process returns, and recommend products from our growing line. Your ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and build customer trust will directly contribute to the strength of our brand and the satisfaction of our community. You’ll help our logistics team with ensuring pending deliveries are organized in priority to go out and that customers are prepared to receive their orders. In time you will help the support team continue to evolve as we add additional wellness products and begin to upsell and cross-sell our customers into these products. Key Responsibilities•The outreach to customers to arrange final delivery details and do final order confirmations Respond to inbound customer support inquiries via email, phone, and other platforms Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of product and technical issues Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate updates on delivery timelines Assist customers in initiating and processing returns for defective or unwanted products Guide customers through setup, usage, and maintenance of their Cold Life equipment Proactively recommend and upsell relevant products and accessories based on customer needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our support systems Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth fulfillment and resolution processes Support other duties and projects assigned by the Customer Experience leadership Requirements•Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or order fulfillment (e-commerce experience a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, confident approach to conflict resolution Ability to learn and explain technical product details clearly Experience in startups and comfort with rapidly evolving environments a plus Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and using support software/tools Salesforce, Shopify, FedEx Shipping Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a strong plus)
