Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries related to spare parts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining data integrity across customer orders and supplier communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and excellent communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to spare parts and provisioning products. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Gather, manage, and process data from customers and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track and coordinate material and delivery requirements to meet customer expectations. Analyze data and generate reports using Excel to support ongoing projects and improve service performance.
Qualifications:
Entry-level position: 0-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated Excel proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required for export compliance purposes).
