As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative with our firm, you will be responsible for building initial relationships with customers, closing sales deals, and offering ongoing customer service. As this is an entry level position, we do provide full training on all of the skills necessary to excel and advance your career in this role. Entry Level Enrollment Representative:

Build and maintain relationships with customers by offering hands-on, consistent customer service and sales support throughout the process Present and promote products and services to customers directly at their homes face to face in a thorough, accurate, and favorable manner, highlighting the potential benefits of each plan to the customer Assist customers in analyzing available options, placing orders, scheduling installations/appointments, and troubleshooting any service/customer service issues Recommend plans that meet customer service needs and budget requirements by actively listening to their concerns and demonstrating thorough product knowledge Attend all team meetings to share feedback, brainstorm ideas, and implement effective solutions to changing market conditions Qualifications of an

Entry Level Enrollment Representative:

An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus Goal-oriented individuals motivated to set and achieve goals at regular intervals Humble individuals willing to start in an entry level position Positive attitude with the desire to learn and acquire new skills Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
