Entry Level Management Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to educate them on AT&T’s latest wireless services, plans, and promotional offers Utilize proven sales systems and tools to complete sales orders for customers ensuring a seamless customer experience. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to meet the unique needs of each customer independently. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care, providing tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and satisfaction. Entry Level Management members will stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotional changes to remain confident and informed at all times Troubleshoot minor service issues and follow through to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved.

Entry Level Management Qualifications:

Experience working in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality industries is preferred Consistent reliable transportation is a plus to commute to our office in Doral Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and problem-solve Ability to work well individually and in a team environment Strong sales experience and skills prior is a plus for our wireless services offered We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
