This position demands compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills, particularly when handling sensitive situations. Responsibilities :
Receive, review, and process calls from individuals reporting losses incurred, including accidents, thefts, or other incidents related to motor vehicles. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards callers experiencing difficult situations, ensuring a supportive and understanding approach. Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Multi-task effectively, problem-solve, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members and work independently to ensure the timely and accurate handling of FNOL claims.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Active insurance adjuster’s license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. High school diploma Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
