Overnight Shifts Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative to join our 211 Center team for the overnight shift. In this role, you will assist callers by providing information, resources, and referrals for health, human, and social services in the community.

Responsibilities:

+ Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism + Provide accurate information and referrals based on caller needs + Document all calls and interactions in the system + Remain calm and supportive during high-stress or crisis situations + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) + Previous call center or customer service experience preferred + Strong communication and listening skills + Comfortable working overnight shifts + Experience as case manager, Behavorial, psychology is a plus!
