We take a lot of pride in our customer service and helping out out every individual call that comes in to make sure everyone gets the service they deserve. We would love to bring in in individual with the same goal & mentality to the office. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative in our office, you will take ownership for customer interactions while educating and counseling policyholders on making the right insurance decisions. You will gain valuable experience in the world of insurance sales and general customer service. This is a full-time position looking for employees to become a part of our growing family! As a Insurance Customer Service Representative , your duties will include: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Qualifications:

Personal Lines Insurance License (PREFERRED) Bilingual In Spanish (PREFERRED) Strong attention to detail with time management Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills This is a base pay & we also offer bonuses.
