Your Role:

This hybrid role combines front desk operations with membership sales . You’re the first and last impression for every member and guest — and your energy, professionalism, and follow-up drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation Conduct daily outreach (calls, texts, social media DMs, local partnerships) Book and confirm membership consultations Give high-energy gym tours and close sales using our proven process Hit or exceed monthly sales targets (with support and training) Front Desk / Customer Experience Greet every guest like family Check-in members, handle POS transactions (retail, drinks, merch) Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries Ensure the gym remains clean, organized, and welcoming Admin & Operations Help with membership paperwork, CRM entries, and reporting Follow up with leads and new members Assist in maintaining product inventory and class sign-ups

What We’re Looking For:

6+ months of sales or customer service experience (fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred) A team player who thrives in fast-paced , high-energy environments Excellent communication skills – both in-person and over the phone Highly self-motivated and hungry to grow Comfortable working weekends/evenings Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred High school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for full shifts , lift up to 45 lbs occasionally Comfortable moving and staying active in a gym setting Ready to Join the BOXR Family?
