Job Title :
Bilingual Plastic Surgery Sales Coordinator We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our plastic surgery and aesthetics practice. You’ll be the main point of contact for new and returning patients, guiding them through consultations, recommending procedures, and closing sales. Your role bridges patient care and business growth—ensuring a smooth, supportive, and confidence-building experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personalized consultations and close sales. Provide exceptional support throughout the patient journey. Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain CRM accuracy. Educate patients on procedures, pre/post-op care, and expectations.
Qualifications:
Sales experience (plastic surgery/aesthetics/healthcare preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and CRM tools is a plus.
Supplemental Pay:
We pay $15-$20 per hour, plus commission and bonuses.
