Customer Service Associate Job Summary The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer support in areas such as sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. This role ensures strong customer relations are maintained while handling customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively, in compliance with consumer laws. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service across sales, promotions, and installation inquiries. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Implement initiatives to inform and educate customers proactively. Develop improvement plans in response to customer feedback and surveys. Work within clearly defined procedures and guidelines for decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge gained through experience, specialized education, or training. Ability to follow structured work routines and procedures.
