Service Advisor Duties:
Promptly greet customers and communicate clearly through repair to delivery. Perform a walk-around of vehicle to document existing damage, tire condition, and note any opportunities to provide services. Listen to customer’s complaints and description of symptoms; clarify description of problems; check vehicle maintenance records with excellent documentation. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records; explaining provisions and exclusions. Understand the technician’s diagnosis and service recommendations and communicate to customer. Verify availability of required repair parts. Generate service order estimates and quotes for customers based upon a menu of recommended services. Clearly explain cost, service process and time requirements to customers in detail. Monitor repair progress. Maintain Customer Service scores as prescribed by the Manufacturer and Dealer. Schedule appointments and maintain an up to date organized schedule. Conduct post-repair follow-up. CDK experience preferred
Job Qualifications:
Detail oriented and organized. Customer service skills, follow up and sales experience. Must have valid driver’s license, CDL a plus.
