In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our systems. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or promote new services. Maintain a professional demeanor while utilizing effective phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele. Experience in outbound calling or sales is advantageous. Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions.
Work Hours:
