The successful candidate should have excellent people and communication skills and a background in both technical and personal support. The ideal candidate will also be computer literate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as they will be responsible for answering phones, monitoring service tickets and responding to client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and questions. Manage call flow. Answer email and social media messages. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues. Manage website content. Follow correct protocol for customer interaction.
