Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Customer support , complaint management and ticketing- Connectivity (Wireline/wireless) and Voice products (3CX, Microsoft operator connect, Webex) Installations, Configurations and testing Local Customer visits, Installations (routers, CPEs), Testing and configuring devices. Troubleshoot infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, remote access solutions, wireless access points, servers. Office 365 (Teams/Word/Excel/Outlook/Dynamics etc.). Effective use of troubleshooting tools to quickly resolve issues. Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Keeping Customers informed of incident progress, sending an email, or other forms of communication. Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively. Local Inventory management – SIMs, Routers (Digi, Teltonika, Peplink), Antennas, Starlink Kits, Netgate, Fortigate devices.

Local administration and logistics:

Shipping, scanning mails and other local requirements.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish will be an asset. Knowledge of VOIP-based PBX systems and concepts. Ability to analyze existing infrastructure deficiencies and present recommendations for improvement. Friendly and pleasant personal skills.
