Temporary Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative (Month of June 2025)

• Schedule:

  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmEST

• Salary:

  $17 per hour, weekly pay

• Contract for the month of June 2025
• Remote 4 days a week, 1 day onsite at their downtown Miami location Beacon Hill is assiting their client who is seeking Bilingual Call Center Representative for a temporary project for the month of June 2025!

This role will be assisting individuals who have applied for rental assistance and verifying information provided on their applications. Candidates must be comfortable with supplying their own equipment (see tech requirements below) and be fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound and outbound calls regarding rental assistance applications.
• Confirm with applicants their continued interest in the program and updating application requirements as needed.
• Address and navigate client inquiries regarding their applications.
• Document conversations with each applicant under their aplpication for future reference by other departments.
• Request missing information on application to prove eligibility on the program.
• Other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to supply your own Microsoft based laptop with at least 8 gigs of free RAM space or desktop (No tablets, chromebooks or apple products allowed)
• Reliable and Stable Internet (required internet speeds of 50mbps download and 25mbps upload)
• Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous background in a customer service focused role
