Wireless Service Representative Responsibilities:
Create the ideal customer experience by bringing wireless services and convenience to them Work with customers to service, promote and sell AT&T products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Conduct face-to-face sales presentations, explain product benefits, and close sales confidently Provide top-notch customer service by addressing questions, inquiries on services and resolving concerns Stay up to date with AT&T product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and account details. Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Wireless Service Representative Qualifications/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, sales, technology, telecommunications or customer based roles is a plus. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and eager to enhance skills professionally. Friendly, people-oriented attitude with a naturally positive demeanor.
