We are seeking a results oriented Client Relations Specialist for our Property Management Company to oversee our real estate investment firm’s property apartment complex in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin area with some days at santa rosa and walton counties This is a local, full time position. Monday to Friday 40 hours a week This person will be heavily involved in the day to day operations that includes marketing, leasing, collections, maintenance and unit turns (project management) occasional off hour emergency calls (on rotation) Experience needed: Customer Service Time Management and Self Management Software and technology skills (use of online software like MS word, or Google Suite) project management preferred but not required. we will train you property management experience not required, real estate experience not required.
