Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our HVAC technicians. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Schedule service appointments and dispatch HVAC technicians as needed. Provide accurate information regarding HVAC services, and promotions. Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and effectiveness. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and service history in our database. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows. Explain and sell maintenance plans to new and existing customers Handle customer payments and account management Calmly handle urgent service requests with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using CRM systems (Service Titan a plus), Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer issues.
