This position is based in Freeport, FL, and will involve handling customer orders, using MS Excel, and assisting the Warehouse Manager with inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a long-term position and develop skills in various aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn. As a Customer Service Rep, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication. Additionally, you will help manage inventory to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in MS Excel
Communicate with customers regarding order status, timelines, and any issues
Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory control and stock management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Learn and grow in other business areas related to storm shutter and door installation
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service office environment
Proficient in MS Excel (Excel skills are a must)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
Willingness to assist in warehouse duties related to inventory management
Drive to learn new aspects of the business and grow in a long-term role
