- Friday, 9:00 am
- 4:00 pm
- NO Weekends!
- Earn over $17/hour meeting just the 1st bonus hurdle!
Capital Vacations is now hiring for our Activations Department. The Date Setter assists current vacation package holders with setting their dates for vacation utilization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact customers who have purchased a vacation package with us Ensure all vacation packages are qualified Arrange travel dates for vacation packages Assist our customers with any questions they may have while maintaining excellent quality standards in compliance with set company guidelines Up-sell accommodations, sell entertainment tickets, etc. Code records completely and accurately in our database Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures. Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards.
Job Requirements Qualifications:
1 year of relevant call center experience preferred but not required Customer service experience Ability to multi-task Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs Ability to build rapport Excellent communication skills Proficient in basic PC knowledge Must be at least 18 to apply. #CVCS
