In this hybrid role, you’ll provide outstanding customer support and regularly visit current partners to ensure satisfaction, address needs and identify new sales opportunities. Bilingual or multilingual is required. This job is a 4×10 job, Monday thru Thursday (7:30 AM to 5 PM) You get Fridays OFF! Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers and partners. Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience. Be the main point of contact for our existing partners. Maintain detailed records of customer/partner interactions. Conduct regular on-site visits to partner locations to check on satisfaction and build rapport and identify new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate partner records, visit logs, and activity reports in CRM. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Experience Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a must. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and client services best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
