TEKsystems is looking to hire several Hybrid Client Support Representatives for a large company out of Maitland, FL!

- Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding company products via phone and email
- Use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of company products and systems
- Follow up and follow through throughout new projects, requests, and cases
- Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, decide on a course of action, and be accountable for actions and decisions
- This role is looked as true account on communication with Delivery service providers. (DSP)
- The customers are independent business owners and entrepreneurs.
- They will be on the phone all day 80%. Break out to team meeting.
- There are 3 levels that they can grow in. Understands tied to a desk.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance and training as needed.
