Orlando, FL 32810 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a well organized environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, as well as file , handle cash and or check and credit card transactions. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and improve customer service standards. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or store environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels effectively. Bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction is essential.
