Alden Road, Orlando, FL 32803 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and surrounding displays. Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management as needed. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
