Client Relations Specialist QuoteWerks 4901 Vineland Road, Orlando, FL 32811 QuoteWerks – Client Relations Specialist Are you passionate about problem-solving and providing top-tier support? This Florida based software development company is looking for an Client Relations Specialist who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to QuoteWerks customers. The Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customer communications regarding existing subscriptions, collaborating with Tech Support for technical issues and the Billing Administrator for invoicing matters. This role also supports larger sales campaigns and manages the ongoing maintenance of active accounts. This is an on-site position located in Orlando, FL.

What You’ll Do:
Answer all product, feature, and account questions from existing customers Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Ensure customers’ needs are understood and satisfied Create sales quotes and detailed proposals Interact with our reseller partner channel Provide product demonstrations Client retention and sales follow ups Meet daily outbound call requirements Handle inbound calls and emails
Skills You’ll Need:
2-3 years of customer service-focused office experience (technology experience a plus) 2-3 years B2B sales experience (software experience a plus) Experience managing client accounts Comfortable making outbound phone calls Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Positive and outgoing disposition
