Florida insurance license either a 4-40 or 2-20 is needed. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services. Looking for a highly disciplined, self-sufficient professional that can hit the ground running. This individual will work closely with the Commercial Lines Account Manager and other members of the team to service our clients. Responsibilities and Duties Computer use is high. Reach out to prospects and existing clients. Run pricing quotes that fit clients’ needs, coverage, and budget. Maintain client records, prepare reports, and answer client questions about insurance plans and policies. Advise clients on potential risks and benefits of each policy. Aid Commercial Lines Account Manager in addressing all required documentations needed in policies. Issuing certificates of insurance All other duties as assigned. Handle renewal/expiration list for assigned book of business, reviewing loss information, obtaining updated information, and renewal applications. Handle billing, service and endorsement requests and process necessary paperwork associated with requests. Complete required continuing education courses. Qualifications and Skills Active Florida insurance license either a 4-40 or 2-20 High School Diploma Basic computer knowledge Proven ability to work with goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in delivering client-focused solutions Ability to build customized insurance policies and packages that meet clients’ needs Strong ability to manage difficult conversations and handle demanding clients with professionalism. Nonstandard market experience a plus Experience with agency management software Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent required. Active 4-40 or 2-20 license required Completion of continuing education courses as required by state regulations.
