FL. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build relationship and trust with customers over the phone.
• Promote good customer service by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction, a can-do attitude and a willingness to help.
• Handle customer’s problems with professionalism and empathy.
• Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues.
• Data entry of job summaries, purchase order information and tracking of delayed purchase orders.
• Scanning waivers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are a huge plus
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Strong phone presence including the ability to solve customer issues.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
