This hybrid role blends customer experience responsibilities with reporting and analysis, making it ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable collaborating across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle day-to-day customer experience tasks, including fielding calls and providing high-quality support. Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP system (SAP experience preferred). Assist the CEO and Director of Operations with ERP report extraction and data transformation. Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and customer service performance. Build dashboards, graphs, and metrics to communicate insights effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve data workflows and reporting structures. Adapt to evolving business needs, proposing and implementing improvements to support efficiency and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with ERP systems required; SAP preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphing tools. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Experience in a fast-paced or growth-stage company is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required.
