Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person at our facility. Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to ensure excellent customer experiences. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work onsite during scheduled shifts. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale or customer service software is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule:
Full-time. Rotative schedules including weekdays and weekends.
