In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication is essential for success in this position. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling. Provide product demonstrations and information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, aiming for resolution and maintaining a positive experience. Upsell products and services when appropriate to meet customer needs and enhance sales opportunities. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation within the retail environment. Skills Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Proficiency in retail math to analyze sales data and inventory levels. Previous experience in sales or retail environments is preferred. Supervising skills are beneficial for those interested in career advancement opportunities. Experience with product demonstrations to effectively showcase offerings to customers. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong cash handling abilities to manage transactions accurately.
