We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and loss prevention

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system
• Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
• Knowledge of technology products is a plus (e.g., smartphones, tablets)
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work well in a team environment
