Summary As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients through effective communication and phone etiquette. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your proficiency in data entry and client services will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your premium skills in multilingual communication and sales will be valuable in catering to a diverse clientele.
