Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions to assist customers effectively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but no required.
